Service 04

AI within education, not above it.

An AI assistant is added to the client's existing learning platform within set permissions, the team is trained to put it to work in teaching, and solutions are designed around the client's needs. Academic decisions stay with people throughout.

The division is ready for a first trial on an existing platform, with scope and metrics agreed before it starts.

In short

Tajah's AI division puts AI to work for education along three paths, namely building the team's capability to use it, enabling the existing learning platform with an assistant that works inside it, and designing solutions that fit the client's needs and goals.

The first path offers training and workshops for faculty and education teams on using AI in instructional design, monitoring and assessment, with clear use policies. In the second, an AI agent is added to the existing platform, without replacing it, and works there as an assistant, monitoring, preparing and acting within set permissions, with every announcement, message, post and grade approved before it is published, and a log that can be reviewed. In the third, solutions range from a content or monitoring assistant to learning data analysis, with an agreed scope of permissions and metrics whose results inform decisions on expansion. On every path, educational judgement and academic decisions stay with people.
