In short

Academies and training centres need three things that recur in their tenders, namely a training needs analysis that ties programmes to performance, interactive training content whose effect is measured, and a system that runs training, exams and certificates.

Tajah builds interactive training content on a competency framework and adds simulations that measure trainees' decisions in workplace situations, with their interactions recorded through xAPI, so the client sees where trainees struggled as well as who finished. The content runs on any platform that supports the standards, or on a training management system Tajah operates. Its work includes the training management system for King Khalid University's Deanship of E-Learning and the examination platform for the Jordan Engineers Association. Work can start with one unit of an existing programme, then expand.

Starting with one unit

Work starts with one unit of the existing programme, turned into an interactive experience, then extends to the rest of the programme.

Questions asked before contracting

Will the content run on the existing platform?

Yes. It is produced to SCORM and xAPI, so it runs on any platform that supports them.

Can the work start with one unit?

Yes, and Tajah recommends it, so expansion builds on the first unit's results.

Human capability development through educational technologies.

Once the need is described, one of Tajah's experts comes back with a first outline of scope and success indicators.
