In short

E-learning course development, or e-content development, turns a client's specialised knowledge into complete e-learning courses and programmes, academic and training alike.

The methodology runs through analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE). Work begins by studying the content and the learners and building the competency framework that guides every instructional design decision. Courses are then produced to the SCORM standard, using xAPI to track learner interactions and locate mastery and difficulty. The design uses project- and competency-based learning, simulations and minigames, and virtual and augmented reality where they serve the learning goals. The courses run on any learning management system that supports these standards. Tajah has developed more than 650 e-learning courses since 2012, including 144 for the University of Jeddah in a single programme.
