In short
Platforms and infrastructure gives a client an e-learning platform it has the right to deploy and run, with the software, system integration and educational media facilities around it.
The platform is built on an open-source learning management system (Moodle) with no rising licence fees, plus a package of add-ons developed by Tajah under a perpetual licence for the client, covering branding, roles and reports, and reviewed against National eLearning Center (NELC) standards per the scope of application. It connects to what the client already runs through standard interfaces to payment gateways, student affairs, human resources, and national systems as their linking rules require. Hosting, maintenance and support are managed for the term of the contract with no new in-house technical team, while the existing team's capability grows over time. The service also covers educational filming studios and e-learning labs on the client's premises. Tajah ran Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University's e-learning systems for eight years in two phases.
