Service 01

Consulting & Capability Building.

The service starts by assessing the client's e-learning readiness, then sets the plan, policies and quality standards together and prepares the client's team to apply them until it leads the change itself. Tajah began this work in 2013 with Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, then with Qassim University and Al-Baha University.

In short

Consulting and capability building helps universities and government bodies build lasting institutional e-learning capability that outlasts a single project.

Work starts with a diagnosis of the current state, from team readiness and workplace needs to the policies and indicators management already has. An integrated e-learning system is then designed with the client, with a strategic plan, documented policies and procedures the client adopts, design and quality standards, and systems that track and measure progress. Human capability programmes complete it, training academic and administrative staff and transferring the documented methodology to the client's team so that it continues without an outside vendor. The outputs go beyond a report to decisions ready for the client to adopt, documented roles, and performance indicators the client's own team follows. Tajah delivered eight projects of this kind between 2013 and 2021 for five Saudi universities and the Ministry of Education, three of them in succession for Al-Baha University.
